Everyone we dealt with was extremely accommodating. The entire operation is very well organized and efficient. The staff coordinated well among themselves and communicated well with us. Plus, we got a great car at a great price.

My past experiences with car dealerships have not been pleasant. Cal made this an easy & enjoyable process. He was very low-pressure, honest, professional and someone I can gladly refer friends & relatives to for future car purchases. Cal answered all of my questions & did everything he could to facilitate & expedite the sales. I'm very pleased with my car and how painless the sales process was today.

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Armada and really enjoyed my car buying experience with Gator at Tony Nissan! Most dealers make you feel a little intimadated and make buying a car a painful experience. Gator was friendly and was working with me instead of against me. He did his best to work my deal and get my SUV at the Price I wanted. I was well hydrated through the whole experience he offered refreshments because we all know this isn't a short process. Even after my purchased I remained in contact with Gator with questions I had about my new vehicle. Gator assured me that if I ever needed any assistance pertaining to the Armada not to hesitate to call and he has so far held up to that promise!

If you want to have a swift, trouble free experience, then go see Cal. I had been to mulitple dealerships who all wanted to play "the game". I told Cal that if he wanted to sell a car, to work with me and I work with him and we make a deal and that's exactly what happened. No back and forth nonsense. I appreciated that so much as I have five small children and, frankly, didn't have the time for the traditional negotiation process, which I've run into with other sales people even at this dealership. If you want to play games, go see someone else. If you want to buy a car with no drama, go see my man Cal.

Louis was a great salesman. He did it in a way that was relaxed and not forced. When he let me test drive the car, he gave me details of the current specials, why it would be a good time to buy and accommodated our every need during our drive. I do not like pushy sales people and Louis was definitely not pushy. Very comfortable.
Cal also went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase and they both did everything possible to make my purchase affordable and within the range that I wanted. I'm very happy with the sales people and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

As soon as we steppe onto your Tony Honda Waipio car lot, we were immediately greeted with a warm and friendly smile by Cal. He waved to us from afar off and gave us personal attention. I was with my mom and brother and he acknowledged each one of us shaking our hands and asking our names. When he inquired what we were looking for, I indicated that I wanted a "very simple second had vehicle" and stated my price range. Cal recommended one right away, a 2001 Nissan Sentra that had been recently traded in. It was parked in a convenient location and as we were walking to inspect it, Cal was very informative regarding its specs and history. When Cal suggested we take it for a test drive, we saw that the car did not start. But he did all he could to rectify the situation. It was a very hot day but I saw him walk back to the office twice, bringing with him two different battery packs and finally a jumper cable. He stood in the hot sun to try to get it started. In the meantime, my family and I perused the lot. About 5-10 minutes later he called us back and admitted that he forgot there was a security key. It was a simple problem, but Cal went through a lot of trouble to try to get it fixed. As we were on the test drive, we enjoyed talking to Cal and he was very honest about the vehicle and made us feel comfortable in it. When it came to negotiating and signing paper work, I could see how patient he was with us and he did everything possible to help us. I never felt pressured or out of place with him. I'm so happy he helped us to find a car that fits my needs and my personality. Thank you so much.

The experience was excellent from the time we arrived at the dealership. The salesman Cal Delos Santos didn't try to steer us to anything other then what we were there to like and was very courteous and professional working with us.

The sales people at Tony Nissan were friendly,helpful,and they seemed committed to trying
to give me a great deal,with good rates.The Toyota Tundra that they sold me is very nice,although was missing
a shift knob and stereo speakers. But overall I would have to say that my experience there was the best car buying experiece that I ever had. Even better than Honda Windward.Mark Souza.
