Trim Levels of the 2024 Nissan Ariya: Electrifying Options

The Nissan ARIYA is the second of the Japanese automaker’s full EVs after the LEAF and its first zero-emissions SUV. It was launched on the US market in the fall of 2022 for the 2023 model year. The 2024 Nissan ARIYA is a compact crossover SUV that comes in five incredible trim levels.

Trim Levels of the 2024 Nissan ARIYA: Electrifying Options

Nissan ARIYA ENGAGE

The ARIYA ENGAGE comes with a 63 kWh battery pack in its 214 hp FWD configuration, which gives it a good range of 216 miles. ENGAGE and EVOLVE+ trims are available with FWD or e-4ORCE AWD drivetrains. The AWD ENGAGE has an 87 kWh battery pack that enables a greater 272-mile range. Power jumps to 389 hp in twin-motored AWD models and torque is 442 lb-ft, enabling impressive acceleration of 0-60 mph in 4.8 seconds.
Many standard features make the ARIYA ENGAGE a satisfying choice. It has 19″ alloy wheels, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated seats, dual 12.3″ infotainment and instrument cluster displays, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, Bluetooth, a RearView Monitor, a 6-speaker audio system, ProPILOT Assist with Navi-Link (advanced cruise control utilizing navigation data), and many driver assistance technologies.

Nissan ARIYA VENTURE+

With the ARIYA VENTURE+ trim, you lose a few ENGAGE luxuries (e.g., leatherette seats, powered seat adjustment, heated seats) in exchange for efficiency. This trim is FWD as standard and comes with an 87 kWh battery pack. The VENTURE+ boasts the highest “fuel” economy of all ARIYA trims with a combined city/highway rating of 103 MPGe.

Nissan ARIYA EVOLVE+

The ARIYA EVOLVE+ FWD achieves a 289-mile range from its 87 kWh battery pack, or 272 miles with the e-4ORCE AWD version. All AWD models have a 1,500-lb towing capacity as well as faster acceleration. Some of the desirable ARIYA EVOLVE+ extras include a panoramic moonroof, the Intelligent Around View Monitor (overhead view), wireless charging, an Intelligent Rear View Mirror (LCD), and rain-detecting wipers.

Nissan ARIYA EMPOWER+

The EMPOWER+ is another FWD-only trim. It’s almost identical to the FWD EVOLVE+ in its feature set, except it has sophisticated ProPILOT Assist 2.0 with ProPILOT Park (automatic parking) installed. ProPILOT Assist 2.0 enables hands-off single-lane driving and guided hands-on lane changes, taking control of steering, braking, and acceleration.

Nissan ARIYA PLATINUM+

Available with 19″ or 20″ wheels, the PLATINUM+ is the top ARIYA trim. It’s AWD by default, so it’s inherently quick and offers some appealing extras. Among them are Nappa leather seats, a 10-speaker Bose Premium audio system, and proximity open/close cargo access. The PLATINUM+ features the same futuristic ProPILOT Assist 2.0 technology as the EMPOWER+.
