The Pathfinder can take you where you want to go. The 3.5-liter DOHC V6 engine has 284 horsepower and 259 lb.-ft. of torque, which gives it the ability to tow up to 6,000 pounds. It has an independent strut front suspension and a multi-link rear suspension with shock absorbers and front and rear stabilizer bars. The Rock Creek trim level Pathfinder has an off-road-tuned suspension, allowing you to hug the road tighter. It has a four-wheel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist.

The EBD is a subsystem of the ABS. During a braking event, it uses information from the ABS to determine the ideal brake force distribution to all four wheels.
